A Responsible Gaming Experience at sh999
To keep the fun safe, sh999 gives you deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support — because playing safely is playing well.
Important notice: Gambling/betting can be addictive. This is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. For those aged 21 and above only.
At sh999 we believe gaming should be entirely enjoyable and voluntary entertainment — never a source of stress or anxiety. That is why responsible gaming on our platform is not just a rule; it is part of our values. We want every one of our users to enjoy entertainment in a healthy and informed way.
Thousands of players across Bangladesh spend time every day on sh999's cricket betting, slots, and live casino. For them, we make sure the entire experience remains safe, transparent, and in their control. On this page you will find out how to use our tools and when to seek help.
Our Protection Tools
sh999 gives you the ability to manage your experience directly from your account — anytime, on any device.

Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, activate long-term self-exclusion. Your account will be completely inactive during this period.
Session Tracking
View the duration and spending history of your gaming sessions. Stay aware of how much time and money you are spending.
Reality Check
During long sessions a reminder will appear on screen to prompt you to take a break.

We are firmly committed to preventing underage gaming. Any account suspected of being used by an underage person will be closed immediately.

The Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Gaming at sh999 should always be for entertainment. We believe a few simple guidelines are essential for a healthy gaming experience.
Stick to a budget: Set a separate budget for gaming that, if lost, will not significantly affect your daily life. sh999's minimum deposit is just ৳100 — giving you the chance to start small.
Do not try to win back losses quickly: Chasing losses is one of the biggest risks. Treat each session as independent.
Limit your time: Playing for a long stretch without a break can affect your decision-making. Take regular breaks and use sh999's reminder feature.
Do not bet on impulse: Avoid gaming when angry, frustrated, or under the influence of alcohol. Play with a clear head and in a conscious state.
Gaming involves uncertain outcomes — winning and losing are both normal. sh999 is committed to always helping you make informed choices.
