Bonus and Promotions Policy

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = completing ৳40,000 in bets will make winnings from the bonus withdrawable.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. sh999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to unfairly claim bonus benefits — including using multiple accounts, providing false information, or exploiting technical errors — will be grounds for strict action. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

3.4 VIP Program

sh999's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Advancement to higher tiers is possible through consistent activity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
